SLEEP
•THIS is most underestimated factor….
•A human body is like a machine,
•See it doesn't matter how much you read or revise if you can't recall in the exam hall,
•It’s simple as charging your phone fully before going out for the day…
•This is an exam which requires,
I AM UNABLE TO SLEEP…. WHAT SHOULD I DO….???
•In order to feel sleepy you need to get physically tired.
•Do Exercise regularly, but not right before bed.
•what you should do is to get up early and resist all the urges to take a nap the whole day
•Many people fall asleep with the television on in their room.
•This light influences the body’s internal clock (circadian rhythm) and delays the release of the ‘sleep hormone’ melatonin.
•Reserve the bed for sleep.
•Make time for sleep. Have a bedtime routine, Fix a bedtime and an awakening time.
•Avoid napping during the day.
•Many people believe that alcohol helps them sleep.
•Try avoiding all sources of caffeine from 3pm and adjust if needed.
•Eating late meals because you have been studying all day will alter your internal clock and impair sleep.
•Use comfortable Bedding &Temperature.
•Establish a pre-sleep ritual.
•There’s some truth in the old saying that taking a problem to bed means you wake up with the solution -but don’t let the problem keep you awake.
•If you can’t drop off, don’t stay in bed trying to force yourself to sleep. Instead employ the 15-minute rule.
•if you are unable to sleep because of anxiety that's totally different problem and for that WE have to tell you please do not self medicate .

•Most importantly please stay calm. Stay well-rested, Do Not Overdo, Do Not Fatigue Yourself. a good night sleep is either make or break your exam.
•Avoid All Nighters: Do Not Study All Night. so please fix your sleep cycle a good 6 to 7 hours of sleep is essential.
•Don't self medicate. don't b e stupid. avoid all negative interactions and triggers.
•Surround yourself with positive people who will feel you with positive vibes.
