By some very lucky luck, Adam met with another person with ulcerative colitis who was using diet to treat her symptoms. And, she was doing great, looking great, and leading a normal life.

This was just what was needed, and in the ebooks, he goes on to explain in detail what happened next, and how he returned to a healthy life.

The second ebook contains the recipes that Adam and his wife cook on a daily basis. There are simple to make meals for all parts of the day. One thing to note is that the foods they eat are definitely not for vegetarians as there are quite a few different meats involved.
